The Combat Social

Hosted by Ryko Sports in collaboration with Ciphr Performance and Luxespa, the event brought together members and invited guests for an energising start to the day. Activities included breathwork and warm-up, a community run, and a guided movement session, followed by cold plunge, sauna, and a relaxed coffee social, offering a perfect blend of fitness, recovery, and connection.
