4. Event, Promotion and Notification Information

The App may provide information about CSC events, activities, promotions, announcements and other member-related information.

• Event announcements;
• Event registration;
• Facility booking confirmations or updates;
• Booking reminders;
• Changes or cancellations;
• Promotions and activities; and
• Important CSC announcements.

You may manage notification permissions through your device settings. However, disabling notifications may prevent you from receiving certain timely updates from CSC.

5. Facility Bookings

The App allows members to view available facilities and make bookings.

Information relating to your bookings may be stored in our systems to:

• Process and manage your booking;
• Maintain booking history;
• Prevent duplicate or unauthorized bookings;
• Administer facility usage; and
• Resolve booking-related enquiries or disputes.

6. Event Registration

The App allows members to view and register for CSC events.

When you register for an event, we may use your member information to:

• Confirm your eligibility;
• Record your registration;
• Manage event participation;
• Communicate event-related information; and
• Maintain event attendance and participation records.

Additional information may be requested for a particular event where reasonably necessary to organize and administer that event.

7. Leaderboard and Results

Certain CSC events or competitions may include scoring and rankings.

Where applicable, your name, member identifier, score, result or ranking may be displayed on the App as part of a leaderboard or event result.

By participating in an event that includes a leaderboard or published results, you acknowledge that such information may be visible to other authorized users of the App or members of CSC.

8. Disclosure of Personal Data

We will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

Your personal data may, where necessary, be disclosed to:

1. Authorized CSC personnel and administrators;
2. Service providers or technology providers who assist us in operating the App and related systems;
3. Event organizers or authorized personnel where necessary to administer an event;
